3. Marching units and bands.

There is a large, easy to access staging area for all parade participants to unload and get set up. The parade route follows secured, scenic, residential streets filled with parade fans. The route ends at Pioneer Park overlooking the St. Croix River. Refreshments for participants will be available at the end of the parade.
